Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return request.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To begin a return, please reach out to us at support@ploshe.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If the product is damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was delivered, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make necessary corrections.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, our customer service team is available to assist you.

Exchanges

For a faster solution, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

You will be notified once we’ve received and reviewed your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
